EAD User Solutions are a good way to learn about how the different EAD services are being applied in real world situations.

Implementation and use of the EAD at SMATSA

In this paper, the author describes migration and transition of one European AIS to EAD. The Author also

UK NATS counts benefits of migrating to EAD

When the Aeronautical Information Service (AIS) department of the UK’s Air Navigation Service Provider NATS was faced with having to move from its base at London Heathrow’s old control tower building it had a number of important decisions to make. Electronic AIP by NAV Portugal

In December 2007, after 2 years of hard and dedicated work, NAV Portugal successfully concluded the implementation of the Electronic AIP (e-AIP). The project started on 21 November 2005 and was, together with the internal project team of NAV Portugal, supported by EUROCONTROL and Mekon AIS.

Charting by Irish Aviation Authority

On the 17th January 2005, training began for the migration of the Regional Aerodromes of Ireland into EAD Charting. With several trips to Ned Graphics in Vianen, The Netherlands, and some in house visits from Ned Graphics, supported by EUROCONTROL the process began.
