Introduction to CFMU Operations
This is an online Web Based Training package without instructor over the internet, which provides an introduction to ATFCM, IFPS and Flight Planning, and a virtual tour of the Network Management Operations Centre, to Network Management Operations customers as well as to the general public.

Tailor-made Courses
These are online courses with instructor over the internet, or classroom courses at our or your premises, which provide customised
training on Network Management Operations, CHMI, NOP or FMP theory.
Introduction to Network Operations Portal and CIAO
This is an online course with instructor over the internet, which provides an introduction to the Network Operations Portal and the Collaborative Interface for Aircraft Operators.
Introduction to ATFCM
This is a classroom based course at the Institute of Air Navigation Services in Luxembourg. It provides a general overview of Network Management Operations and an introduction to Air Traffic Flow and Capacity Management.
IFPS and Flight Planning Course
This course consists of 2 parts.
The first part is an internet Web Based Training module (self-study), that needs to be completed before you can register for the second part.
The second part is a classroom based course at the Eurocontrol premises in Brussels, which provides the practical training for the Integrated Initial Flight Plan Processing System (IFPS).
CHMI Courses
Collaborative Human Machine Interface (CHMI) courses are given in a classroom and as an on-line course.
Network Operations Portal Course
This is a classroom based course at the Eurocontrol premises in Brussels. The Network Operations Portal aims to provide users with access to all Network Management Operational data via the internet.
ATFCM for AO
The fourth day classroom course after the preceding IFPS and CIAO course.

A classroom course for Training Managers how to use the Eurocontrol TrainingZone.
