The CFMU has to ensure that its services continuously evolve with and respond to the operational requirements & technical evolutions on one side as well as the permanent evolutions within the ATFCM domain.
Given the increased complexity of these environments, the software deliveries have to meet our customer’s expectations.
Ensuring the involvement of and co-ordination with the stakeholders is therefore very important.
The CFMU will implement efficient management of the software portfolio over its lifecycle, looking for synergies and innovative solutions within various domains.
A strong alignment between these is translated within adequate system developments and software releases, all in a managed framework for safety and quality.
